Can a plant be safely sent by mail?

Yes. The pot and packaging are specially designed to safely send plants by letterbox. The pot cannot slide and the soil is kept in the pot with a special lid.

How long can the tree stay in the box?

One week is no problem at all. But of course the following applies to the health of the plant: the shorter the better.
